Corporate Retreats · Exclusive Use

Your Team. Your Week.
Your Programme.

A centuries-old manor house, 45 minutes from Lisbon, set within a privately owned working wine estate. Offered on exclusive use to one team at a time — no other parties, no shared spaces, no commercial signage.

Why Quinta do Boiro

A Quiet Place to Think Together

After years of careful restoration — chapel, manor house, vineyards back to working condition — the estate now opens to a small number of corporate groups each year. Family-run, direct dealing, no intermediaries: you speak directly with our founder Diogo Caleiro, who shapes your week alongside you.

Close enough to Lisbon to gather without friction — far enough that phones go quiet and conversations deepen. Nine hectares of vines, gardens and gentle hills. A salon that hosts a workshop as easily as a dinner. A library quiet enough to think. Bedrooms in the manor and three independent apartments for the senior team and their partners.

Four Ways to Use the Estate

Programmes Shaped Around You

Every retreat at Quinta do Boiro is built around the team that comes. These are the four programme shapes we host most often — most weeks combine elements of two or three.

01

Leadership & Strategy Offsites

Founder offsites, board retreats, executive planning weeks. Six to twelve senior people, three or four days of early-morning vineyard walks, deep work in the Salon, dinners under the bougainvillea. No distractions, no other parties on site.

02

Team Building & Wellness

Culture weeks, all-team retreats, wellness offsites. Yoga in the gardens, vineyard walks at sunrise, cooking experiences with our chef, wine tastings led by the estate's oenologist, the indoor pool and spa area open year-round.

03

Creative & Brand Retreats

Agency weeks, content shoots, creative residencies, brand and product workshops. Salon, Study, Library and Terrace as flexible studios; the chapel, vineyards and courtyard as on-site sets. A photographer-friendly estate with nothing photogenic out of frame.

04

Conferences & Company Gatherings

All-hands, sales kickoffs, partner summits, incentive trips, client hosting. Up to 200 guests under the Garden Pavilion, the Reception Hall for plenaries up to 120, breakouts across the Salon, Study and Library, a gala dinner under the courtyard lights or in the dining room — all on one private estate.
